That’s the way to view the Alberta Ate Chef Collaborative Gala Dinner, being held as part of St. Albert’s Dig In Horticulinary Festival on Friday, Oct. 2 at the Enjoy Centre. Tickets are $125 each for a six-course feast that marries culinary talent with loads of local food options by more than a dozen farmers and producers, including Hole’s Greenhouses, Four Whistle Farm and Gold Forest Grains.
